Refund policy
Digital goods are not refundable
Every product here is a digital file that is delivered instantly and in full the moment your payment clears. Once a download link has been issued the pack cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed orders. Please read the product page before you buy — it says what is in the pack, what it is for, and who it is not for.
What we do fix, always
A no-refund rule is not a rule against helping you. Write to us and we will sort out any of the following:
- Your link never arrived. We will resend it.
- Your link does not work or has expired. We will issue a new one.
- The file is wrong, damaged, or is not the pack you paid for. We will send the correct file.
- You were charged twice for the same order. The duplicate charge is returned in full.
