Nothing is shipped

emporo sells digital files only. There is no physical delivery, no shipping address, no courier and no delivery charge anywhere on this store.

How you receive your pack

Your download link is generated automatically the moment your payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds. It is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you used at checkout.

Your link

The link stays valid for 14 days and allows up to 10 downloads, so you can come back for the files rather than having to save them perfectly the first time. If it expires or runs out before you have what you need, email us and we will issue a new one.

If it does not arrive

Check the spam folder first, and check the address you typed at checkout. If it is still not there, email brandrop.in@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it by hand. A payment that cleared always gets its pack.

Updates

When a pack you own is revised, the new version is available from the same link at no extra cost.
